Question: Do you offer express shipping?
Answer: Yes. We offer UPS overnight and 2-day shipping options on in-stock items.
- Express shipping times apply to business days only; Saturday and Sunday are not included
- Express shipping is not available to PO boxes
- Express shipping is only available in the continental United States
- Order must be placed before 12 noon ET; Orders received after 12 noon ET will be shipped the following business day, so please add one day to the express delivery time.

Question: What is your standard shipping policy?
Answer: Standard Shipping is 5-7 business days. Orders are processed with 24 hours of being submitted.
Question: Do you accept purchase orders?
Answer: Yes, we do. Please place your purchase order by phone, fax, or mail. Print an order form. At this time we do not accept purchase orders online.

Question: Can I pay with a check?

Question: I forgot my password! What do I do?
Answer: Go to the "My Account" link in the upper right-hand corner and select the "forgot your password" link, and we will e-mail it to you immediately.
Question: How can I get a printed receipt for my order?
Answer: When you check out, you'll have the option to print a receipt. If you have already checked out, go to the "order status" link in the upper right-hand corner to print a receipt.
Question: How do I know my order total, including shipping?
Answer: When you check out, you'll have the option of previewing your shipping charges.
Question: My school is tax-exempt. How do I avoid paying sales tax with my order?
Answer: We are currently unable to process tax-exempt orders online, so if your school is in a state that has a sales tax but the school is tax exempt please call 1-800-321-0401 to place your order with one of our customer service representatives.
Question: How do I change or cancel my order?
Answer: Please call us at 1-800-321-0401 and reference your confirmation number, and we will be happy to help you.
Question: What is your return/exchange policy?
Answer: We will accept returns within a year of purchase from wholesale accounts and within 90 days from all other customers. For exchanges include a note letting us know what you would like as a replacement. Any difference in price will be reflected with a refund or charge to your credit card.
